Classifier – bai A classifier is like a unit of measurement that is put after a number.In English you say” 2 hats”,in Thai we wouldn’t say “muàk 2”. We would say“muàk 2 bai”.Each noun has a different classifier. We use classifiers when we mention the amount of something. bai is a classifier of caps or hats. For example: 1.mi: muàk sǎ:m  bai  yù:  bon tó. มีหมวกสามใบอยู่บนโต๊ะ There are 3 hats on the table.
